We currently use Shopifys payment system Shop Pay, it takes most major debit / credit cards, including GPay and Apple Pay. We also accept Paypal.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and undamaged. For a full breakdown of our policy, please see Returns Policy.

Just let us know and we will take appropriate action to fix the issue for you. We can send you the part you need for example or if you want a return then that is no problem either. Just let us know via the Contact Page.

Yes of course you can, just contact us prior to shipping and we will do our best to assist. We can be contacted via the Contact Page.

So there are a few reasons for this. The two main ones are:

1. Orders through the website, which is run through Shopify, cost us less in commission than Etsy charges.
2. We offer an additional discount on top of this to encourage people to use our site rather than Etsy because we have more control over the ordering process. eg with variant options, discounts, and the like.

There might be other variables also, eg, Etsy has to charge a state sales tax in the USA due to the economic nexus rules, whereas we do not!

All products come with 1 years worth of free repairs. Just contact us through our support channels and we will be happy to assist. If you can please send us a picture too we can ensure we send the right item. Contact Page.

We do not give our stl's out, even of discontinued items, this is due to the fact those stl's might still be in-use by us. If you need a reapir though we will be happy to help.

Currently we know our stocks work with straps sold in our shop, official Meta battery straps and AMVR battery cover straps as these are the same shape as the original controller. We strongly recommend these over other choices.

Yes we internationally, via air mail. At last count we had sent items successfully to 81 countries!

Look, it's like this, every business charges for shipping, they are just not up front about it and hide it in the product price. If you spend over a certain amount, we can absorb the costs more easily. We can therefore offer free shipping. This is conditional on the shipping costing us under £50; I have only been charged over £50 on a couple of occasions in 10k orders.

We actually often make a small loss on postage to some areas in the world as we try to charge as little as possible, slicing the world up in to zones.

We are a UK based company, so we charge VAT on goods to UK customers; this is included in the price you see.

For the EU, we charge VAT at your country's rate under €150 at checkout. Above this VAT is paid on delivery.

For the USA, tariffs are set at 10% of your order value, which is included in your pricing, and you should not be charged additional fees once the item arrives.

Rest of World, this depends on your locations de minimis rules; each country has differing rules about how much you are allowed to import VAT and tariff-free. If it is over your country's allowance, you will be charged upon delivery.

You will receive an email automatically as soon as your items are sent. This will include a link to view your order and all the tracking information. You can also use the Chat feature below for an automated update.

If you made a purchase on Etsy please check there as they have their own in house tracking system.

Custom delays are completely out of our control so unfortunately, there is not much we can do should this happen. Please be assured that we do our best to fully comply with customs requirements and provide the relevant documents required.

Royal Mail policy is: "Loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and 25 working days for the Rest of the World". If you let us know, we can make a claim and send you a new item or give you a refund once the conditions of Royal Mail's policy is met.
